It was a true blessing to have Jose as my nurse. He was professional, confident, compassionate, kind, caring, gentle and sensitive to my needs. Every time he entered my room, he had the brightest smile which made my day. The amount of pain I was in pretty much settled when I saw him as I knew he understood what I was going through.
