Josefina Hilomen is a very outstanding nurse in a lot of ways. She reminds me of my dear mother showing up, taking care of all the neighborhood children as if they were her own. She treated everyone the same, going beyond the call of duty while making sure their needs and problems were taken care of. She always maintained a friendly, beautiful smile. She treated everyone with great respect and helped them with any problems or needs they have. She will go out of her way to accommodate you. I was diagnosed with Stage 4 Lymphoma cancer 4 years ago, and Josefina was not only concerned with my mental health needs while I was here but also showed concern for cancer issues. Josefina showed so much compassion and dedication to her job. Thank you, Josefina for everything you've done for me, and I'm so glad you were my nurse in my time of need. I will never forget the care and compassion you gave me while I was at this great facility of Riverside University Behavioral Health System.
