I was admitted in the Daycare area for an ortho procedure, and Nurse Joselin explained once again to me what would be going on. I had some doubts and questions, and I was anxious, but she reassured me and calmed me. My sister came while I was inside the Operation room, and she informed my sister about my status. She also transferred me post-operatively to a more comfortable room in the Daycare with a washroom; she again explained to me about the pain and when I could have my meal.
For my sister and me, Joselin is not just a nurse but an angel. She skillfully applied my arm sling and showed my sister how we could do it at home.

This organization is very lucky to have such a caring Nurse who is also very polite and respectful not only to me but to my sister as well.
