So far our stay has been pleasant. Joe was one of the first nurses to assist my younger brother in the Emergency Department. He was very caring and made all of us, especially my brother, comfortable and informed of everything that was going on. He was there to assist in his spinal tap and was the one to administer antibiotics.

Joe most definitely stands out as one of those who has not lost empathy. When I was feeling as though I was going to lose it, he was there to reassure me and my family that the medical team would do everything possible to make him better.

I wish I could write down how much his caring meant to us but I can't find the right words, other than this, Joe, I know it is your job, but you make such a difference in people's lives. You are the greatest! Thank you Joe.
