First, I want to say Josie is a wonderful person. I have been in and out of hospitals in my 84 years and I remember how nursing used to be when there was more time. Josie is that nurse as she makes the time. She has so much to do but you would not know it. She is so patient and kind. She never made me feel rushed. She had the time and made me feel special. She cares a lot about people. She could tell when I was feeling down. She would give me a hug and I knew I was going to be alright. Josie is genuine and cares a lot about people. She would sit down, hold my hand and talk to me. Taking time to make sure I was alright. She is an unbelievable person and nurse. You are lucky to have her.
