Joyce Dabiri is one of the most selfless nurses I have ever met. She is always willing to assist fellow nurses. Joyce is always encouraging, empathetic and patient. Although she is one of the senior ICU nurses, she is always willing to listen to new ideas regarding improving patient care. Her compassion for her patients is unmatched. She is thoughtful and always gives 100% of herself to her patients and her colleagues. She is always willing to help despite what is going on in her own assignment. Joyce is an exceptional nurse. In my opinion, Ms. Joyce Dabiri symbolizes what a DAISY Award Recipient represents.
