Juan is very compassionate and caring. He goes above and beyond to make my mom very comfortable at this time of extreme difficulties. He talks to my mom, asks questions and makes her feel very safe and secure. He is so knowledgeable and has mom's best interests always. He has extraordinary skills and is a wonderful, caring nurse. He has made my family feel very comfortable with any question we may have. He is very patient and understanding to my mom and family's needs.

At 82 years old, I have been in a lot of hospitals and met a lot of nurses. He is the best one I have met yet. He really took care of me as if I were his mother (even though I am old enough to be his grandmother)! For so long as I live I will never forget the care he gave me. I was having a lot of pain. I was to the point of shaking and almost crying. His words were so comforting to me. He said, "I can't stand to see you suffering like this" and he truly looked like he meant it. He called the doctor and got an order for a medicine that did the trick. More than that though, he just really had a way of conveying true care and concern for me. Again, he made me feel like he was treating me like I think he would treat his own mother.
