Julia exemplifies the kind of nurse that patients and families, as well as nurses, physicians, and other members of the health team recognize as an outstanding role model. Her personality, knowledge base, and familiarity with nursing process and skills helped me know I was in very capable hands. Julia was loving, understanding, and confident in her role as my advocate.
