She's a special human and a very gifted and skilled nurse. Anyone going through IVF treatment is lucky to have her.
Julia Heny is quite simply a magical human being. She was my IVF nurse whilst going through egg freezing. She was able to help me push through the last few days when my hormones were going mad, and I was fed up, by being so kind and reminding me why I was going through this. She is incredibly wise and has her patients’ best interests at heart. She is also a very talented nurse. She was great taking my blood when I didn't want to and, above all, made me laugh. She was also so communicative about my treatment plan, keeping me updated even when there wasn't a change but just reassuring me to stick to the plan. I will honestly miss seeing her regularly. She's a special human and a very gifted and skilled nurse. Anyone going through IVF treatment is lucky to have her.

Julia has been amazing with me and my partner while we were going through fertility challenges. She was always very responsive and quick to address any requests/issues. Her professionalism and personal attitude have always made us feel at ease and comforted. She has made a real difference in our fertility journey, and I cannot thank her enough for her advice and support.

Julia was incredible from the first time I met her. She comforted me when I was nervous or anxious and gave me invaluable advice. She really went above and beyond, always checking if I was okay and being extremely diligent and organized in booking all my appointments. She was also extremely flexible and made me feel like nothing was too much trouble. She allowed me to trust in the process, and I couldn't imagine doing my treatment without her. She's one in a million—kind, caring, and knowledgeable.

I literally could not have survived the IVF process without Julia. She has held my hand and provided warmth and kindness alongside sage advice and updates throughout my journey. Julia has been my guardian angel. I have never had such consistent care, even from my own loving parents. I am in awe of Julia, and I hope that she will become a friend for life and that she has helped bring some happiness into what is often a gruelling process.
