Ms. Julie took phenomenal care of our baby daughter, L. As first-time parents, we were very nervous over hearing she needed a small procedure. When we entered DMC, we were greeted by smiling faces. Every person we encountered was very kind and caring, making us feel welcome.

Ms. Julie came to get L's vital signs and made sure she was comfortable the entire time. She turned on the TV, talked to her, and did her best to distract her while getting her BP, HR, and o2. She made L smile and laugh despite not feeling well. After L's procedure, Ms. Julie met us at the door, holding our girl. L wasn't upset or crying, and I think that's because she knew a familiar face was holding her. Because of Ms. Julie's kindness and ability to go beyond the call of duty, she was able to form a friendship with our girl quickly. She gifted L a pink bunny that we will forever cherish. 

Ms. Julie is truly an angel. We are so blessed that God put her in our path to have a small part in taking care of our L girl. We were only at DMC for a total of 2 hours. In that short time, Ms. Julie made an impact that we will remember for a lifetime. DMC is lucky to have someone as great as Ms. Julie.
