Julie took care of my stepfather B. Her compassion is exceptional! When B began to die, she updated me frequently. She even stopped in to check on him after her shift was over. She was always respectable and approachable when I had questions or suggestions. She understood that I was not familiar with end-of-life care and went above the normal expectation when informing me about his orders to ensure his comfort. Julie recognized when B was close to passing and because of her, my family was alerted and came to his bedside late at night instead of waiting until morning and were able to be with him during his final moments.
