Julie has gone above and beyond her job for our family and son. She is constantly helping us get the care he needs and coordinates with all our clinics whenever we voice a concern or are unsure what to do. Recently, my son has been having an increase of symptoms that were concerning and though she didn't have to, Julie coordinated a team meeting with our doctors and clinicians and made a point that she too would be there so as to try to figure out what is going on. She spoke with us on the phone, fielded lab results, and when we called that it's really affecting him, tried to push the meeting up. She genuinely cares about our son and family. As well, we recently started going to a new clinic and she asked to come one day to meet with me, his mother, just to see how we were doing, and managing his care. She also wanted to see how the clinic was going, and most importantly how my son was. She listens when we've needed to vent or brainstorm ideas. We have seen multiple times throughout the years how much she puts into her job and truly goes above and beyond what we would expect. We do not know what we would do without her and really appreciate all that she has done to help our family and son receive better care and answers.
