The first time we met Justin, he was working with my husband who was a patient in IMCU. Justin was always friendly, cheerful and greeted us with a smile each time I or our family came to visit my husband. Justin was quick to respond to all questions, concerns or needs that we or my husband may have had. As busy as Justin was, I specifically remember him working with my husband when he was not able to communicate. He was still on ventilator support and didn't have the strength to push the nurses' button. Justin patiently worked with him, helped him to be able to use the nurses' button, and to talk more with his lips when trying to communicate to Justin what he needed. Justin had a lot of patience and my husband seemed pleased that he was able to communicate. We appreciate the excellent as well as professional care my husband received each shift with Justin as his nurse.

Justin has been fabulous during a very stressful time with my father being in the hospital. He very patiently answers all of our questions until we could confidently understand. Everyone on your staff has been exceptional, but Justin really stood out with our family. Great sense of humor!

Oh my, there is so much I want to say about Justin. He has been so much help while he has been caring for my dad. He has been there to answer all questions my family and I have had. I have never had so much caring and knowledgeable attention from a nursing staff. Thank you so much for all you do Justin.
