My mom had a stroke. She was in the hospital for a week. This Nurse made my mom feel seen as a human being. She felt safe and cared for. She was a fall risk, so she made sure to always pop in and check she was ok even while juggling their other patients. To make sure she was not wet, hungry, or in pain. She made sure to rotate her regularly because she suffers from severe osteoarthritis and osteoporosis of the spine. She was like family and cared for my mom with love and kindness. I have never had such a great team as she had with this nurse specifically. She had a great team, but this one was heaven-sent.

Our elderly father was admitted to Eden after requiring partial hip replacement surgery and suffering a stroke shortly after. Kaitlin provided exceptional care and was extremely attentive. Kaitlin was also very patient and understanding with our family throughout the recovery process. Needless to say, we were lucky to have Kaitlin alongside us throughout this tough journey.
