Kakki has such a wonderful bedside demeanor; she was training another nurse and showed great attentiveness with every action, she is a true leader. I have worked in the medical field most of my life and have been hospitalized several times. I have yet to experience such a positive, loving and caring environment until now. Kakki should be honored for her outstanding, care and training skills. At a time where I felt so alone and scared, she sat with me, hugged me and treated me like family, not just another patient or room number. She made me feel safe and valued as a person. There are not enough words to describe how thankful I am to be honored by her presence and nursing care. She always has a smile on her face and can make you laugh when times are tough. In a time of need, she is right there to lend a hand. Thank you Kakki for making my stay here a happy and safe one; I will never forget how you made me feel.
