As a first-time mom, going in for a C-section, I was very scared as to what to expect but Kalie assured me everything would be ok. I'm very glad she was the first person to take care of my daughter. She is an amazing nurse who goes out of her way for her patients. She actually spent time with me and made sure I understood everything. She also made sure I wasn't in pain. Kalie cleaned me up and she even braided my hair after birth because I was such a mess. (I didn't have to ask her to.) Overall, Kalie made me, my daughter and her father confident about everything. She went above and beyond to care for my daughter and me. She never once made me feel like I was annoying her or that she had other important things to do, even though I knew she did. Any new mommy and daddy that is lucky enough to get Kalie as a nurse will love and appreciate her just like I do. I'm actually sad to leave and say goodbye to Kalie but she assured me she's just a call away and that I could stop by anytime to see her!
