...Due to chronic illness, I have been hospitalized numerous times over the past 2 years. At times it can be hard to not feel overwhelmed, frustrated or discouraged. During these moments, a smile or a kind word from staff can make a tremendous difference.

Karee Hamlin provided that smile and kind word for me. She helped ease my anxiety as I prepared for my first kidney dialysis treatment. Her voice and manner is calming and soothing. She is patient and goes above and beyond to see that her patient's needs are met.

She also presents as skilled and knowledgeable. She is respectful of others and compassionate. I feel grateful that I was under her care during this hospital stay. Thank you Karee.
