Karen Butler is always willing to stop and help on the floor even though it may not be "her job". She has a love for her patients and has been known to get through to some of the most difficult. She will seek out an area that needs her and do whatever it takes to get the job done. She enjoys her work and is always willing to step up to the plate. Her laugh is infectious and can change the mood of the floor to positive in the blink of an eye.
Karen often volunteers to help with inventory and Meditech. She does not mind helping in any area of the hospital where there is a need. For instance, she is currently working in Infection Control for the Director who is out on FMLA.
