I want to thank Karlee from the bottom of my heart for the compassion and care she has given to my sister and our family. I brought my sister to the Emergency Room with several medical issues. The staff in the Emergency Room were very supportive and helpful, as well. Late Sunday evening she was transferred to the ICU. Karlee was the very first person I saw in that department. She jumped into action with confidence and amazing compassion. My sister was not able to make decisions at that time, but Karlee explained everything to me as she was doing her job. I was asking a lot of questions and she never made me feel like she was too busy to answer. In fact she made sure I understood even though she had to explain it several times. I think she deserves to be recognized for all that she does!
