I wish more people in this world could be like Karol because it would make the world a much better place for everyone.
I was very impressed by Karol as he had so many great qualities. I found him very trustworthy, confident, professional, compassionate, personable, and knowledgeable, only to name a few. He gave me great medical care and confidence to talk with him about my concerns. I could see he loved his job and took so much pride in his work. He is definitely a people person, and so am I.
Karol could answer all of my questions and give me suggestions – he really knew his stuff! He asked me if I would guess how many years he’s been nursing because of the compliments I gave him. I said it had been 7 years, and he said it had been 1 year. I was very wowed. I was in the hospital with a G-Tube and Oxygen because of a bad side effect I had from a new RX. Karol was so understanding of the pain and uncomfortableness I felt. He did everything he could to make me feel better and to stay positive. I have to say he went above and beyond my expectations. On Karol's third night, he stopped in to say goodbye and good luck because I would already be home before his next workday. He enjoyed having me as one of his patients.
If I’m ever hospitalized at Aurora in the future, I can only hope Karol is my RN. I wish more people in this world could be like Karol because it would make the world a much better place for everyone. Karol, do not change anything you do as an RN. Your future patients at Aurora will feel the same about your great care as I did. Thank you, and keep up the great work! I have to give all the BayCare Aurora Medical Center Staff a ten because no other medical hospital can even come close to the quality care and professionalism you all do. Thank you!
