On the day my mother was admitted with nerves of edge, Karu Gayle displayed the utmost professional version of Advent Service Standards! When we entered the room, he was so genuine and loving. He recognized my mom by name and told her everything he was doing. During that time, he told her she was doing so well. As this was happening, she was called for surgery, and she was concerned about her hair. He said no worries, found a brush, and brushed her hair! On my mom's second day recovering from surgery, he was helping her stand, and as she was scared, he walked her through every step, making her feel safe. He does his job for the love of the patients! I told him I could and would help, and he said he got it and that it was a pleasure to take care of my mom.
