My son required a CT exam with contrast. He is 8 years old and was very scared of having an IV. Kate was wonderful; she sat beside him and held his hand as she explained in words he could understand everything that was going to happen. She let him see and touch supplies and the CT scanner. She took extra time to include him in everything she did. Our family was anxious and upset with our son's recent diagnosis. Kate was so patient, kind, and offered to pray for us. She went above and beyond what is required to complete the task and really calmed our fears. I see her occasionally and she always asks how he is and how we are. She is always smiling, happy, and compassionate. PMC is blessed to have her as part of the team.
