Ms. Arcelay was nominated by a colleague in the ICU, stating "during these difficult times Katelyn went above and beyond the call of duty, keeping her patients and their families informed (calling as far as Mexico). She also provided exceptional care, comfort, and love to all her patients when their families were unable to be there."
