From the moment I arrived, Katelyn demonstrated meticulous attention to detail, ensuring I was as comfortable as possible throughout the process. She checked on me diligently after every medication not only monitoring my progress on her computer but also how I was feeling. Her proactive and attentive approach made me feel cared for every step of the way. What stood out the most was her creativity and resourcefulness in helping my labor progress. She suggested thoughtful strategies to support my delivery and explained the reasoning behind every procedure, even when I didn’t think to ask. This gave me an invaluable understanding of what was happening, easing my anxieties and helping me feel empowered. Her warmth and empathy made her feel like a sister.
