I've never experienced such a caring nurse. I've had negative experiences here but just meeting Katelynn changed everything. She made sure I knew 100% what was going on with my care at all times. Every question was answered, and if she didn't have the answer, I knew she would find it. Her attitude is also purely amazing. She is always happy and brings so much joy. I had a sliced ureter from a hysterectomy and also an abdominal infection, and I was very upset. But as soon as Katelynn enters my room, she can always make me smile/laugh. She puts her patients' needs first.

Katelyn was the nurse of a family member of mine and was wonderful. We were approaching end-of-life decisions and arrangements needing to be made, and she made sure to facilitate the conversation with providers, all while helping take care of my family member. She made sure to provide excellent care while being the go-between to make sure the needs of my family member were met when discharge happened and that all pertinent information was being relayed.
