Katie (Katherine) is a wonderful boss whom I cannot dote on enough.

She is always available to guide and direct us. She works hard to get her staff as many resources as she can. Katie is our biggest advocate and supporter.     

She consistently provides opportunities for us to grow as nurses and as individuals. This year, she has coached and encouraged over half of our staff to challenge and advance up the clinical ladder, as well as to be cross-trained as charge nurses and become certified preceptors.     

I come to work knowing I have a leader who pushes me to be the best nurse that I can be and who stands behind me no matter what.
