Kathleen practices patient center care on a regular basis. She takes the time to assist patients with needs and concerns without delay. Kathleen does not hesitate to advocate for the patient when they express their needs. She is compassionate, consistent, and has a warm countenance. This nurse always says yes. No matter the issue at hand, she will find a way to complete the task and help out in any way she can. She takes the time to celebrate the wins of our patients by praising them for hitting milestones in treatment, and she takes the time to celebrate other teammates, such as bringing candy and singing songs to the treatment team for social services month. In my opinion, she deserves recognition at the highest level for the outstanding work she does.
Kathleen is a joy to be around. She acknowledges everyone's successes no matter how big or small the success. Kathleen goes above and beyond for celebrations throughout the year. For Social Work month and Doctor's day Kathleen brought candy and treats for the staff. Kathleen came to work on her day off to bring cupcakes to a resident for their birthday.
