Kat is incredible to deal with, so patient and understanding while always respecting me and showing me courtesy and respect every time.
I've had my fair share of sickness the past few years. Kat always goes above and beyond in making sure I'm being taken care of. Staying on top of referrals for me, for example, cardiac rehabilitation at Somerville Hospital. She kept the process going because Summerville lost or did something with my application. She faxed and re-faxed and kept me informed throughout the process.
When I was sick in the hospital, she sent a note wishing me well and asking how I was doing. Kat is incredible to deal with, so patient and understanding while always respecting me and showing me courtesy and respect every time. I always know that when I contact her with a problem it will be taken care of in a timely manner. Working with the doctor and her is a winning team. They are truly representative of what good health care is supposed to look like. She also has the knack for calming my anxieties when I'm conversing with or messaging with her. Kat exhibits great people skills, and you need this in all medicine, but with cardiac patients, it really is essential to have this. She truly deserves the DAISY Award!
