Throughout my father's stay in the TCU, Katie has shown she sees my father as a person, not just a patient. No matter how busy she was, she cheerfully assisted him whenever he needed to be moved to ensure his safety. When Dad's numbers changed, for the better or worse, Katie was in contact with the respiratory team or doctors to ensure my dad's care shifted with his circumstances. She demonstrated a great rapport with all staff, including housekeeping. She is an angel!
