My mom had an accident on the way to her appointment, and it was a big mess! Ms. Katrenna took control and helped us so much. She found extra underwear, supplies, and everything my mom needed! She got her completely taken care of. We can't thank her enough! She was our angel! She is so wonderful with patients!
