My most grateful thank you goes out to Kayla for helping me navigate care for my husband. My husband was diagnosed with Neuro Invasive West Nile Virus resulting in Encephalitis and Meningitis. It's no secret that it is extremely difficult to communicate, contact, and organize care in the Kaiser system recently. Kayla has gone above and beyond to help me with my concerns and frustrations. She made a phone call to me when my husband was in the Emergency room after reading a message I had sent in as she was concerned about his health. She has made follow-up calls to check on him, helped me make several appointments, get DME set up and medications taken care of. I honestly don't know how I could have done all of this without her help. Kayla demonstrates Care, Kindness, and Compassion with everything she does and my husband and I are most grateful to her.
