I am an employee who was hospitalized for pneumonia in November. As an employee, I had not completed my open enrollment benefit information. Kaylan found a computer I could use to complete this task by the deadline. In addition, Kaylan was one of the kindest and caring professionals I had the opportunity to have as a caregiver.
I felt blessed for all of the PCU staff involved in my care but on this admission, Kaylan's halo was just a smidge brighter.

My Husband was hospitalized for 4 days. Kaylan was there for 3 ½ of those 4 days. She went above and beyond to make him feel cared for and all of us as his family as well. She appeared at every beck and call for him. He came in as a transfer by ambulance from another facility. She was ready and waiting when we arrived. She always had a smile. She appeared with empathy and sympathy for his illness and was genuinely concerned. She worked 3-12 hour shifts and came in the next ½ day because they were short and doing a move. Blessing should be proud to have her as an employee. She went above and beyond for our family. We appreciate her.
