Kaylee deserves every award and recognition possible because of her outstanding bedside manner. It is evident that she is passionate about her job and helping others. I am a mom who suffered severe birth trauma from my first experience and this second time around, despite having a C-section, my recovery went so smooth because of the hard nursing staff, most especially Kaylee. She was very empathetic towards all my needs and assisted me all throughout so I could rest and also focus on my newborn. She is a gem, knows how to anticipate your needs and just goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. I felt seen, heard and most especially, like an actual human being and not just a number among a pool of patients. My recovery is unforgettable and remarkable thanks to Kaylee.
