You have been such a big support to your units at Rapides. You have spent countless hours looking at each staff member, looking through certifications, catching those who are expired, and making sure they take the right steps to get their certification up to date. You took this role by storm and have been making such strides. You are doing amazing things, having to learn how to balance Women’s, NICU, and Pediatrics. You are making time to learn about all the classes offered in DFW and trying to find ways to make those classes happen in Rapides. Your willingness and positive attitude are contagious. Even when the day is tough, you find a way to make the best of it and stay positive. Your units at Rapides are the luckiest to have you.
