Mom (87 years old) just had a knee replacement. She was overwhelmed with the whole thing, very disoriented, not knowing where she was and why it was strange, which made her very upset. Kaylie patiently answered her questions (sometimes more than once) and made Mom feel comfortable and safe. She has a soothing, calming way about her, which is exactly what Mom needed! We truly appreciate the care she provided to Mom. Kaylie also made sure we knew what was going on with Mom and what to expect. She is very knowledgeable and answered all the questions we had. My Mom was very blessed to have such a compassionate, skillful, and caring nurse as Kaylie.
