From the moment my mother arrived on this floor and Kaylyn was assigned to her, she has been a blessing. She comes in with a smile every day, even when we have regressed. She has always seen to my mother's needs whether it be changing her or cleaning her or turning her over. She is respectful to my mother and our family. She is dedicated and thorough as a nurse, but most importantly, she cares. A true tribute to her is when my mother, after suffering massive bleeds, became lucid for the first time, she asked not only for her children but for Kaylyn also. Glens Falls Hospital is lucky to have her as a nurse, as are we.
