I was scheduled for an outpatient CT scan with contrast at Presbyterian. I arrived feeling anxious knowing that I am a difficult stick. Keith, known for his skill at IV insertion, was called in. He was very professional and managed to get the IV in successfully. Not only was Keith's clinical skill noteworthy, but his customer service skills were equally matched. He was kind, compassionate, reassuring, and made a point to engage in conversation to help keep my mind off his putting in the IV with my difficult anatomy. You could tell Keith is someone the staff in the department look to as a clinical expert and one that offers compassion to those in his care. Thank you for all you do.
