My daughter was born at just 29 weeks. She has had great care by all the nurses. The NICU is blessed with an amazing staff, including the doctors, but Kelley stood out to us for various reasons. First she allowed me to voice my fears and concern.She not only listened to my words, but really showed me comfort. She explained everything to me so thoroughly.I felt very comfortable leaving my daughter with her. She cares and it is amazing to see how much she treats these babies like they are her own, without making me feel she was taking over or I was less of a mother.
She deserves this award for not just doing her job but for going above and beyond.
