From the moment we checked in to our room there was an overwhelming amount of things happening and going on. It was hard to keep up and know what was going on. Kellie took excellent care of my daughter and she took care of us as a family. No question was too dumb and no amount of questions I poured on her was too much. She took the time to make sure I thoroughly understood what was being done for my daughter's care and made sure I always knew what was happening, why it was happening and kept me informed.
In times when I wanted to panic, Kellie handled herself with grace and handled the situation with calmness and skill to resolve whatever was happening. I never doubted for a second my daughter was in capable hands. Kellie treated us like we were her own family and this meant the world to me.
We appreciate Kellie so much. All of the care my daughter received has been great, but Kellie rose above all. Her knowledge of my daughter's specific illness and needs were exceeding all expectations. I feel beyond comfortable and well informed on how to continue to treat my daughter at home because of the time Kellie took with us.
