She was very nice and compassionate. She did her job very well and made me feel at ease and welcomed. She was very knowledgeable and explained all my medications and requests that she made. She had a very pleasant demeanor. I hate hospitals, but with her as my nurse, I almost forgot I was in a hospital. Every nurse should be like her. At one point, I was scared and so nervous that I was on the verge of a breakdown. I don't even know if she realized it, but she came in and just chatted about random things. Before I knew it, I was laughing at her stories and sharing a few of my own. A few minutes after she left, I realized I felt much better and was smiling. I felt great, considering I had just had major surgery. I knew exactly what was going on with me medically, and I was smiling and in a good mood, thinking about the stories we shared.
