As an individual who is heavily intimidated by hospitals, Nurse Kelly has supported, performed, and informed above and beyond normal means. After being diagnosed as a diabetic, she made understanding the entire situation manageable. Not once during the stay did care falter, if anything it increased. So much heart and care is put into everything she does.
