"Kelly was very caring and always made sure I had everything I needed and made sure I wasn't in pain. Very friendly! Kelly was my nurse when I was admitted into the hospital. I was very ill, tired, scared and very uncertain what was going on with me. I had already been ill for three weeks prior to being hospitalized and was in a very "dark place". Kelly immediately took me under her wings and made me feel better. Her caring nature, genuine concern and great patient care skills helped me to accept what was going on with my condition."

"Due to her care and genuine loving personality I was able to withstand the pain and circumstances of my illness. Kelly was there for me when I needed to cry on someone's shoulder and when I needed someone to help me laugh. She immediately made me feel as if I were a close friend or family member. She stood up for me when I felt that a physician had treated me rudely and was demeaning. All in all, I would NOT say that Kelly went "above and beyond" for me. I would say that she treated me like she does all of her patients, with absolute genuine love."
