The care and compassion extended to my loved one from these two nurses has been insurmountable.  One can see they have gone above and beyond their duties.  I am so grateful to have them.  Jenna is being trained by Kerisha and hasn’t missed a beat.  

They were very informative with every move being made instead of just working without explanations.  They made me feel comfortable asking ANY question even if they were already iterated.  They made ethical exceptions for the particular situation surrounding my family member, which of course showed professionalism, but more importantly, and in some cases, most importantly, in a time of tragedy that is so sensitive where one feels so vulnerable, it showed compassion. 
 
I tried to continually express and extend my gratitude, which both professionals humbly accepted, but made sure to let me know was completely unnecessary.  They were incredibly patient and truly GENTLE with my loved one and are even now still working to keep her comfortable and healthy.  Although she is still here, what I’ve seen, especially in compassion, has been enough for me to feel comfortable and confident enough to write this nomination.  I pray this reaches the right person as it is sometimes so important to hear and feel the gratitude of someone, they have helped in order to remember this job is heaven sent and a true testament of humility and selflessness and that they are more than appreciated.
