I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Kerry Ann Jones since she became the Forensic 2 Charge Nurse on 1st shift in April 2021. Kerry Ann brought with her experience, compassion, and a desire to enrich and improve the daily lives of our individuals. Kerry Ann demonstrated incredible patience and exhibited an excellent skill set when interacting with individuals, and her de-escalation skills are very effective. Kerry Ann aptly judges the situation and warrants whatever needs to be done to meet the needs of the individual in a given moment.

Kerry Ann has a kind heart and enriches everyone around her, staff, and individuals. Her caring demeanor and attention to detail serve her well in her daily duties. Kerry Ann pays attention to detail and listens intently. The individuals know that they are cared about and that Kerry Ann will stand up to them and for them, always in their best interests. I have seen difficult individual behaviors exchanged for meaningful interaction because they knew that they had an advocate in Kerry Ann.
