From the moment my mom was admitted our nurse was the rock for my family. Through all of our uncertainty, Kimball was a constant and steady source of not only information but tangible compassion and understanding. Her instant connection with my mom put us all at ease and we could all feel what good hands we were in with Kimball in charge. My mom passed 7 days after being admitted and through the palliative care process, Kimball was compassionate, strong, informative and direct. She will always have a special place in our hearts. We appreciate her more than words can say for making the most difficult transition of my family's life a little more bearable. We thank her so much.
