Whenever Kimmy is the Rapid Response Nurse, we feel at ease knowing we have someone that we can depend on. This happened recently when one of my patients was having severe pulmonary issues. It took only one call, and she was at the bedside ready to save the patient. She is very thorough in her assessment of the patient and the situation. She works well with the nurses. She immediately inserted two IVs. She is never intimidating. No matter how intense the situation, Kimmy is always calm. She is also compassionate to the patient and the family. She informs them about what is going on. I just want to say thank you for always being there for us! We appreciate you.
