When I woke up from surgery, I saw a lot of faces in the room. I saw friends, family, nurses and of course the doctor. As I dozed in and out of sleep, Kim was my nurse who helped manage my pain while my room was being prepared upstairs. Kim was so compassionate, kind and loving. She has a great heart and an outgoing personality. Kim also knows her stuff. I would explain how I was feeling, and she was quick to give me medicine and explain what it was, potential side effects and how it should make me feel. Kim was great. Kim told me stories and made me feel like I was at home. I had lots of family members come to visit and she was just as kind to them. I really appreciated it. The service she provided was phenomenal. I thought she would be my nurse the entire time, but soon my room was ready and we departed ways. I was so sad. Kim truly resembles the core values of Kaiser and provided me with extraordinary care. Thank you. She is truly saving and changing lives for the better.
