I met my Pre Op nurse, Kim, who put me at ease prior to the surgery. She answered all the questions that my wife and I had and was so accommodating. She had also had the surgery that I was having and shared her personal experience while reminding me that all experiences are different. I could not have asked for a better Pre Op Nurse than Kim.
