Kirsten is a warrior! Kirsten is an outstanding, nurturing, and caring person. She went above and beyond to make sure I was OK and always had what I needed. I felt so much assurance when she was helping. She made me feel so comfortable and showed concern if something was wrong. She made a huge impact on our lives for the two days we only knew her. She takes her job very seriously. You can see the love and passion she has for this field. We need more Kirsten's in this world! I felt we had a bond with her; she was always smiling and friendly. I feel I had the best care ever with Kirsten. An amazing, strong-willed, caring woman! She deserves nothing but the best. We miss her and wish her good luck. Always keep that smile.

We entered the Birth Place with our little man this summer. As new and excited parents, we really had no idea what we were doing. Our nurse, Kirsten, helped walk us through so many things and helped us feel comfortable. From the start, she took the time to explain any concerns questions and procedures we had about our baby. Kirsten also did a spectacular job at working with the lactation consultant, pediatrician, midwife, and nursery staff to answer our questions and teach us how to care for our baby. Kirsten is definitely an extraordinary nurse. We felt so blessed to have been in her care, for our whole time at the Birth Place.
