I was admitted to the hospital in the isolation unit. I was there for six days. On the third day, I asked for a new nightgown and towels to take a sponge bath. Kodzovi Byll was checking my IV, and I asked him if I could have some towels and a new gown. This was the first time I met Kodzovi. He immediately left and brought me what I needed within five minutes. He made certain I was in the bathroom safely after checking my IV- and rolling in the bathroom. I gave myself a sponge bath. I could not snap my gown properly, so I called him, and he came within a few minutes and helped me. I was comfortable by myself in the bathroom. He closed the door after I said I would be ok. When I returned to bed, the sheets/ pillowcases were changed, and the freshwater container and everything else was clean and spotless. Kodzovi went above and beyond. He went the extra mile for me.
